Briefli ("the Service") is a message summarization platform that connects to your WhatsApp account via the official Linked Devices feature to read selected group messages and generate AI-powered daily/weekly digests. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

TL;DR
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. If you use child safety monitoring, you must be the child's legal parent or guardian.
3. WhatsApp Account Access

You authorize Briefli to connect through WhatsApp's standard linked-device flow, only for the groups you choose; private 1:1 chats are never read, stored, or processed. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Data Collection & Processing

9. WhatsApp API Compliance & Anti-Abuse

10. What Briefli Does NOT Do

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Indemnification

19. Dispute Resolution
